Simultaneous attack by NIA officers in 9 places including Karnataka

Bengaluru: On November 11, NIA officials conducted raids and search operations in nine states including Karnataka.

Bangladeshi nationals residing in India have links with Al Qaeda.
In addition, the NIA has conducted raids at 9 locations in Jammu-Kashmir, Karnataka, West Bengal, Bihar, Assam against persons who promote, support and fund activities of Al Qaeda terrorist organization.

During the operation, NIA officials seized documents related to banking transactions, mobile phones, digital devices and terror funding activities.
