The trial run was carried out under the supervision of a team of Railway’s Research Design and Standard Organisation (RSDO). Sources said that officials of RSDO evaluated factors such as vibration and shock during the trial run.The train is equipped with 12 coaches consisting of 1,150 ergonomically designed seats.
The train has been made with state-of-the-art technologies such as fully air-conditioned coaches, CCTV surveillance, talk back system, passenger information display board etc, said sources in Western Railway.
