Brain starts aging prematurely due to lack of sleep
As per a recent study in the Journal of Neuroscience, pulling an all-nighter results in brain aging. It revealed the impact of sleep deprivation on cognitive functioning & brain aging. 134 healthy participants were studied and after testing various sleeping conditions, it was noted that the ones who had total sleep deprivation, had most brain aging effect.
