Police Arrested 8 persons for Illegal Business Racket of Blood Transfusion at Malda Medical College and Hospital

Over the complaint of illegal business racket of blood transfusion at Malda Medical College & Hospital a case was registered police arrested 5 persons were made in the case
They are(1) Md. Alim Sk of Mirchak Bat-tali, P.S EB Malda,(2). Khudu Das of Sahapur, Chaitan More, P.S & Dist Malda.Both are arrested on 21st August,2024. Later Radiul Momin of Atgama, P.S. English Bazar, Malda. Arrested on 23rd August and Tanbir Ekbal of Sasan Ghat Road, Raghunathganj, Dist- Murshidabad was arrested on 25th August.On 30th August police was arrested Hamidur Rahaman of Sujapur Goyesbari P.S. Kaliachak Malda. After the investigation this week 3 more accused persons were arrested who are involved in this case, and taken into Police Custody namely i) Darpan Ghosh @ Nantu of Malancha Pally, P.S - English Bazar, Malda. (Arrested on 23.10.24), The second one is Amit Saha of Binoy Sarkar Road, P.S. English Bazar, Malda (Arrested on 24.10.24). Another Suprio Dey @ Chotan Mama of Malanchapally who Arrested yesterday on 26th October.

Hence police was arrested total 8 persons involving this case for Interrogation and findings the new clue.

Three PC accused provided details about others involved in the illegal blood transfusion racket. Further verification and evidence collection is underway, and necessary action will be taken against those involved.
