First aid and Flirefighting demonstration by CISF Damanjodi unit at Delhi Public School

FIRST AID FIRE

Damanjodi; 25.10 ; the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Fire Wing organized a first aid fire fighting training followed by demonstration at Delhi Public School Campus situated at Nalco Damanjodi on October 24, 2024. The event was led by Dy. Commandent/ Fire Narendra Singh alongwith his team members , Insp/Fire Mijan Singh, ASI/Fire Bhuri Singh, HC/Fire Satrughana Jena, CT/Fire J Tusi Ram, and CT/Fire Arun. A total number of
450 students, 45 NCC , 35 Scout and Guide cadets and others were present. The Principal of the school Sujata Pani alongwith other teaching and non teaching staff were present. Sujata Rout and S Giridhar along with others facilitated in smooth coordination of the event. The basic objective of the demonstration was to acquaint the students and teachers to act in emergencies with basic first aid and fire fighting skills.
The CISF Fire Wing at Damanjodi is continuously striving to make people aware of first aid and fire fighting skills at all sections of the society. It is noteworthy to mention this unit is known for its expertise in fire safety and prevention, with a team of professionally trained personnel with science and engineering backgrounds .
