Two people arrested red-handed along with a motorcycle with suspected drug heroin.

As per the instructions of Circle Inspector Nabo Saikia, under the leadership of Khatkhati police station in-charge Nitul Saikia, SI Amar Jyoti Sharma, SI Biman Chetia and their team conducted an operation and arrested two youths red handed with suspected drug heroin. According to the information received, the police team, based on the information,When the Yamaha motorcycle rider was coming from Gautambasti stopped and locked, two plastic boxes of suspected heroin were recovered from him. The arrested youth was identified as Jamal Hussain, son of Abdul Noor, resident of Burma Camp, Dimapur. On the spot of arrest during police interrogation, police also arrested Abdul Qadir son of Late • Moinuddin, resident of Natun Basti Lahari Jan. Police recovered 14•060 gms suspected drug herion from him. Suspected herion along with Yamaha motor cycle was also seized.
