SpiceJet faces legal scrutiny as NCLT calls for response by November

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) issued a notice to SpiceJet on Monday regarding a plea from one of its operational creditors. A two-member bench, led by Mahendra Khandelwal and Sanjeev Tanjan, instructed the airline to respond by November 14. SpiceJet is already grappling with multiple insolvency petitions from creditors, including Willis Lease and Aircastle Ireland Ltd.
