A Saudi Arabian court has sentenced a retired teacher to 30 years in prison for criticising the government on social media. The move comes after the death sentence of the man, Mohammed al-Ghamdi, believed to be in his 50s, was overturned on appeal in August. Notably, al-Ghamdi's account on 'X' had only nine followers when he was charged.
