Police seized 308 grams brown sugar, One arrested.

On 18.09.2024 afternoon in between 15:05 hrs & 17:30 hrs Officer of Kaliachak Police Station along with other force detained one Mofajul Hoque (Male/ aged about 25 years) S/O Mojibur Sk of Bamontola, Sahabajpur, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda for his suspicious activities at Kaliachak Chowrangi more and after search recovered and seized about 308 grams of semi wet brown colour substance seems to be brown sugar which Approximately price Rs 30 Lakhs from his possession as chance recovery. Accordingly arrested him and a specific case has been registered against him at Kaliachak Police Station under NDPS Act.
