Annual Milan Festival 2024

Recently, the Annual Milan Utsav 2024 organized by "Ebong Shabdo Prakashani" was held at Nalini Guha Hall, kolkata. Eminent journalist and Netaji researcher Dr. Jayanta Chowdhury, eminent singer Tirtha Sunder Biswas and eminent vocalist Krishna Nag Chowdhury were present as the chief guests. The main attraction of the program was the speaker of the discussion on "Netaji Subhash in Literature" Dr. Jayanta Chowdhury and many information related to Netaji came up in his conversation.

On the occasion, books published by " Ebong Shabdo Prakashani" were officially released, such as Sudam Chandra Adhikari's poetry book "Dinantey", Indira Das's thriller book "Nightmare" and "Rakto Godhuli" and Chandika Dhar's story book "Dui Malate Tin". Besides, Jhumjhum Banerjee's poetry book 'Nilche Agun' and Dr. Jayanta Chowdhury's research book 'NETAJI Saga of a Forgotten Journalist' were also published. On that day, the Swapnodisha Social Welfare Foundation started its official journey from the stage of this event.

The publisher said, "We always want new writers to emerge. Those who write really well need to come forward for literature. We are not writers, we consider the quality of the writing. In the coming days, such good works are going to be revealed gradually and our Sharadiya is also going to be published very soon.

Soma Mukhopadhyay, Chandrika Dhar, Bhagyadhar Baidya, Neela Khan, Kunal Modak, Sayantika Basu, Aparna Mitra Mondal recited poems while Bratati Banerjee, Sneha Bandopadhyay, Keya Roy and Subayon Chakraborty recited poems. Muktadhara Abritti Charcha Kendra and Chaturanga of Burdwan presented recitations. The entire event was hosted by Tapasi Mukherjee.
