Brigade Enterprises net profit increases by 268% YoY; jumps 10%

Brigade Enterprises Limited shares surged 10% to ₹1,246.8, after PAT rose 268.2% YoY but fell 61.6% QoQ, while revenue from operations grew 65% YoY but fell 36.6% QoQ. Further, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Brigade Tetrarch Private Limited, signed an agreement to develop a leasable office space in Bengaluru with an investment of ₹750 crore.
