Sir, I would like to inform you that the citizens of Murshidabad district are being completely deprived of their rights due to the oppression of dishonest people and fear of their dishonest activities to protect their rights platform (court) for trial.As a human rights activist, I am ashamed of myself as a human rights advocate for having to step back due to fear and pressure.
As an example, I present to you a case of my own knowledge, in Murshidabad district Berhampur town, Goghbazar area, where the late Amarendra Shekhar Sen was living in a residence which was pending trial in the Berhampur Civil Court for a long time. by selling and he dishonestly intimidated the elder son of Amarendra Shekhar Sen into withdrawing the civil case by saying that if he did not withdraw from the court he would harm his wife and children. I think it is against human rights
