Is Traffic not effective to the policies makes in Darjeeling Town Why is that there is always a problem of traffic......????????

Darjeeling is one of the oldest town in the country this famous town was very popular in the pre Indipendent as this Town was stabilised by th British colonial.as of the fact we had all types of modern development of that period ie.The rail ways,Ropeways, schools and colleges, Industrial development like tea ,tourist,timbers, cinchona to it all had a medical aids central were people got their primary treatment in it.Of all these roads ways was one of the most popular development of the times as all the tea n cinchona garden , tourist centre, were well connected and people or tourist had not problem in visiting these places in and around Darjeeling Towns.At the INDIPENDENT time almost all the development was praised by all the surrounding areas like SIKKIM the then was the INDIPENDENT country,Nepal,Bhutan,n east Pakistan now Bangladesh but the sinking development of the areas has made every thing a mess in Darjeeling......
Darjeeling was planned by the British with only 16 vechales/motar cars,a train, and population densities of 16000at that Times but this this has changed in 100 times ie we have more than 16000 vechales running the in the same road,we have no proper parking in the areas we r with same adminstration building,we have no alternative roads planned no a new modern alternative planning are required like we have in our nearest city which was once smaller than Darjeeling Town SILIGURI n we have experience we have favourable government one hand what is the obstruction WE PEOPLE OF THE AREA WANTS TO KNOW????????
