Arms, ammunition seized

Search operations and area domination were conducted by security forces in the fringe Police and vulnerable areas of hill and valley districts. During the search operations the following items were recovered:

01 (one) No. of SLR with 1(one) Magazine, 01 (one) No. of Bolt action Rifle, 1(one) No. of 9 mm empty magazine, 05 (five) Nos. of HE-36 Hand Grenade, 01 (one) No. of Chinese Hand Grenade, 13 (thirteen) .303 HD cartridge, 4(four) nos. Grenade Arming Ring, 5 (five) nos. of Tube launcher, 1(one) nos. of 2" Mortar shell, 01(one)
nos. of 81 mm mortar shell, 01 (one) Nos. RPG- shell from Khujairok Turel area,
adjoining place of Bishnupur and Churachandpur District.

The seized items handed over to Loktak Police Station for further action.
