Threatening for not paying additional amount at Central Board of Film certification. Dear Madam /sir I, Sanjyota P. Hublikar, owner of star publication and film production and the applicant and producer of the Hindi Feature Film "NADAAN 3" bearing the application number CA012612202300116, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a matter regarding the certification of my film. On 15/04/2024, I received a notice on portal informing me that my film would be sent to the Revising Committee. Subsequently, on 06/05/2024, I received a call from Mr. Amit, at 2:18 pm, requesting an additional payment of INR 25783/- (twenty-five thousand seven hundred and eighty-three rupees only) for the application for the revising committee. Unfortunately, this financial burden is beyond my means, particularly considering that I am a single parent who has invested significant effort and resources into the production of this film. As I have already paid them all the fees. Furthermore, I wish to inform you that "NADAAN 3" has been submitted to the Festival De Cannes, 2023, and was in competition until the second round. I am eager to obtain the appropriate certification expeditiously, as I intend to submit my film to the Mumbai Film Festival 2024. I have been coerced into sending my film for revising committee scrutiny by threats of rejection. Requesting you to kindly publish and give me justice. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
