I would like to bring to your attention the growing concern regarding the increasing number of Indian teenagers engaging in risky behaviors such as alcohol and drug consumption, as well as the involvement in criminal activities including sexual assault and other offenses. This issue has raised concerns about the psychological health, well-being, and future prospects of these students.

In light of these concerns, I would like to propose the introduction of an ordinary bill that focuses on the establishment of psychology counselling services and psychology departments in every school and college across India. This initiative aims to address the mental health needs of students, support them in overcoming personal challenges, and identify their talents to ensure a better future for them.

The benefits of incorporating psychology counselling services and departments in educational institutions are multifold.
