Awfis and TBO receive SEBI nod for IPOs, eyeing expansion

Awfis, a co-working solutions provider, secured approval from SEBI for its IPO, aiming to raise funds for expansion. Its IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 160 crore and an offer for sale of 10 million equity shares. Meanwhile, travel tech firm TBO also received the green light for its IPO, with plans to raise Rs 400 crore.
