Calcutta came to a standstill in the movement of job seekers. ICDS candidates protest to demand recruitment

Many job candidates took to the streets of Kolkata to demand recruitment once again. Complaints of job aspirants that ICDS Supervisor post exam was conducted in 2019. Four years have passed but still no appointment has been made. It has been almost a year since the release of the final result, but still they have not received the appointment letter.

Earlier ICDS supervisor candidates had protested several times to demand the appointment. Despite repeated assurances of recruitment, no action has been taken by the authorities so far.

Thousands of ICDS supervisor aspirants gathered in Kolkata's Bidhan Nagar today to protest. They want to talk to the authorities. The candidates have demanded that they will not move from the protest till their appointment papers are handed over.


A job seeker said, our medical has been completed for a long time. 136 people have already been appointed. But still more than 2500 candidates are not appointed. Our demand is to hand over the appointment letter to us immediately.
