JOHN ABRAHAM BUYS RS. 75 CRORE BUNGALOW IN KHAR

Actor John Abraham has finalised a deal to buy a bungalow on Linking Road, Khar, Mumbai for Rs. 75 crore. The property, Nirmal Bhavan, is a ground-plus-two storey structure which belonged to Pravin Nathalal Shah and family. The deal was reportedly signed on December 27 last year for an agreement value of Rs. 70.80 crore. A total of Rs. 4.25 crore was paid as stamp duty. The land area is 7,722 sq. ft. while the area of the bungalow is 5,416 sq. ft.
