Had a telephonic talk with Union Home Secretary, MHA on the prevailing flood situation in Telangana state caused by incessant rains.

He has informed that the central govt has pressed helicopter services (waiting for weather clearance) and other relief measures through various central agencies including including @NDRFHQ with immediate effect.

The central govt has assured in extending all the relief efforts to safe guard the people of the Telangana.
