Demarcation of Migrant land in Hariparigam Awantipora Pulwama Kashmir

Today, on June 8, 2026, in village Hariparigam, Tehsil Awantipora, District Pulwama, the demarcation of migrant land was carried out under the orders of the Tehsildar of Awantipora.

On this occasion, the Patwari Halqa Hari Parigam alongwith the concerned Numberdar Khalid Ameen Bhat and several members of the migrant Pandit community were present, including Bhushan Lal Bhat, Dr. Maharaj Bhat, Tesh Krishan Bhat, along with other concerned individuals.

The Tehsildar assured the members of the migrant Pandit community that they would receive their full and rightful entitlement, and that all matters would be handled fairly and in accordance with the law.

The residents of HariParigam also expressed their goodwill and affection toward their migrant Pandit brethren. They reaffirmed that the same spirit of love, respect, and brotherhood that existed in their hearts for the migrant Pandit community thirty-six years ago remains alive today, and that they are committed to promoting communal harmony and mutual understanding.
