Kolkata: Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has ordered an inquiry into allegations that government school teachers are conducting private tuition classes in violation of official rules. The state administration has directed education authorities to identify teachers involved in unauthorized private coaching and investigate complaints promptly.

Officials have been instructed to submit reports on their findings as strict action may be taken against those violating service regulations.
