Deputy Commissioner Urges Quick Completion of Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni Armed Forces Preparatory Institute, Bajwara

Under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain, a meeting was held to approve purchases of furniture, furnishings, mess equipment and other items for the Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni Armed Forces Preparatory Institute (AFP I) in Bajwara, in accordance with financial rules.
The Deputy Commissioner directed that the required items be procured within this month so the institute can be made fully operational as soon as possible. She also said the Punjab government’s Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni AFP I, Bajwara, is likely to start its first coaching batch for graduate-entry armed forces examinations (such as CDS, AFCAT, IMA, OTA and SSB) in the first week of July 2026.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development) Nikas Kumar said candidates interested in receiving coaching/training at the Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni AFP I, Bajwara, should send a copy of their résumé to sbacsafpihoshiarpur@gmail.com.
Present at the meeting were the Executive Engineer of the Provincial Works Department (Roads & Bridges branch), D.C.F.A. (Internal Audit institution), District Employment Generation, Skill Development & Training Officer, the GTO of Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni AFP I, Hoshiarpur, and other officials.
