Bidar District Police, Janwada Police seize gas cylinders worth more than six lakhs, vehicles, arrest accused

As per the instructions and direct guidance of Hon'ble Shri Pradeep Gunti IPS, Superintendent of Police Bidar, as per the information collected in Marakal village under Janwada Police Station limits, gas cylinders were illegally sold at high prices in the black market, Shri Chandrakant Poojary, Additional Superintendent of Police Bidar, under the leadership of Shri Dooda Peer Hussainsabah Mulla, DSP, Bidar Sub-Division, Shri G.S. Birada CPI Bidar Rural Circle, Shri Basumiya PSI Janwada Police Station along with the officers and staff of their station, Shri Srinivas. Food inspectors, Tehsil Office Bidar conducted a raid and seized 41 empty cylinders, 7 full cylinders and both goods vehicles, totaling Rs 6,24,990=00 worth of gas cylinders and both vehicles, and legal action has been taken against the accused.

The police officers and staff who raided those who were illegally storing gas cylinders for sale in the black market and seized gas cylinders and vehicles worth more than Rs 6 lakh have been commended for their work.
