Kolkata Metro's Missing Link Completed After 15 Years Delay

Kolkata: The missing Chingrighata crossing section of Kolkata Metro’s Orange Line was completed within just 15 days after a delay of nearly 15 years. BJP leader Amit Malviya stated that the work had remained stalled under the previous TMC government for years.

The newly completed 366-metre link is expected to enhance connectivity between Kolkata’s southern suburbs and Sector V, improving transit options for commuters in the region.
