Rajasthan Electricity Workers Meet Energy Minister Over Demands
Rajasthan: The Rajasthan Vidyut Shramik Mahasangh (BMS) held talks with the Honorable Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar at Vidyut Bhawan regarding the employees' demands. The delegation, led by state president Lakhan Singh Gurjar, presented a 27-point memorandum to the minister.
Minister Nagar assured that a meeting with administrative officials would be convened in the first week of June at Vidyut Bhawan to resolve the various issues raised. The minister also appreciated the federation's responsive cooperation by agreeing to postpone planned protests scheduled for May 20 at the company headquarters and June 10 at Vidyut Bhawan, Jaipur, until further notice. The delegation included state electricity in-charge Mukesh Solanki, state president Lakhan Singh Gurjar, state general secretary Satish Rathore, vice president Sushil Sain, treasurer Vishal Gupta, co-treasurer Mahendra Kumar, minister Omprakash Gurjar, office minister Ajay Saxena, and member Kailash Chaudhary.
