Bidar Residents Demand Completion of Road and Sewerage Work

Bidar: Residents of Ramanagara Colony in Bidar have submitted a petition to the Municipal Corporation Zonal Commissioner demanding the speedy completion of road and sewerage work at Cross No. 9. They reported that some individuals have opposed the work for the past three months without any clear reason, causing significant delays and public inconvenience.

The incomplete sewerage system is causing sewage to stagnate on roads and empty spaces, leading to foul odors and contamination of borewell water, making it undrinkable. Residents including Rekha Santosh Hucche, Hanamantha Barure, Sandeep Kumar Ghode, and others urged officials to inspect the site promptly and take necessary action to alleviate public discomfort.
