Public Grievance Hearing Camp Organised by District Administration

A joint public grievance hearing camp was organised by the Koraput District Administration at the conference hall of the Laxmipur Block Office on Monday. Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Shri Tapan Kumar Nayak attended the camp and heard various complaints and grievances raised by the local public.

During the camp, a total of 21 complaints were registered. Out of these, 8 complaints were related to individual issues, while 13 complaints were related to group/community issues. It was reported that one complaint was resolved immediately on the spot.

The programme was conducted under the direct supervision of Laxmipur Block Development Officer (BDO) Shri Sabyasachi Behera. The camp was also attended by Additional Superintendent of Police Shri Ambit Mohanty , Sub-Collector Shri Prem Lal Hial, District Chief Development Officer Shri Benudhar Sabar, Additional District Medical Officer Dr. Shiva Sai Swaroop, Laxmipur Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Smt. Suai Kuleshika, and Tahasildar Shri Naibedya Bhoi.

Officials from various departments at both district and block levels were present and assured necessary action for the timely disposal of the grievances received.
