Srinagar Court Bans E-Challan Issuance via Personal Mobile Phones

Srinagar: The Srinagar court has directed traffic officials to cease issuing e-challans through personal mobile phones. The court emphasized that only authorized electronic devices should be used for issuing e-challans according to the Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR).
