Under the leadership of India Development Council president and prominent social worker Sanjeev Arora, council members distributed food supplies to 25 destitute and needy elderly residents at Tera Aasra Seva Ghar. The elders blessed the members from the heart. BJP leader Krishna Arora was specially present on the occasion.
Krishna Arora stated that elders are society's priceless heritage, and honouring and serving them is our moral duty. He noted that in today's times, many elders live away from their families due to circumstances, urging every individual to step forward and help them. He added that sharing life's joyful moments with the needy multiplies that happiness manyfold.

This initiative is a key part of those efforts. Members not only distributed food but also spent time with the elders, checked on their well-being, boosted their morale, and emphasised that such acts strengthen brotherhood and mutual support in society.
Tera Aasra Seva Ghar director Madam Rajinder Kaur expressed gratitude and appreciation to all members, hoping the India Development Council would continue such service activities in the future to aid the needy and build a sensitive, strong society. Others present included Vijay Arora, Master Gurpreet Singh, Rajinder Kaur Shakha Bagga, Deepak Mehdiratta, and more.
