Harrasment , coercion & Corporate silence. What's happening inside TCS?!

Eight women employees at TCS Nashik alleged years os mental and s*x*al harras*me*t ( 2022-26) , not one incident but a repeated pattern.
As per Maharashtra minister Mr. Girish Mahajan, victims were allegedly pressured in to religious practices, food choices and conversion black mail using photos / Videos was also alleged.
An HR official reportedly recieved complaints but took no action. Authorities say early intervention could have prevented further harm.
Seven arrests so far , includes HR official, Nine FIRs filed against multiple charges. SIT formed, investigation ongoing.
Police suspected wider pattern involving exploitation and blackmailpossible organise activity within corporate setups.
