The University School of Commerce and Management, Lamrin Tech Skills University, Punjab organized a special lecture on “Employability Skills” for the students of BBA, B.Com, and MBA.

The session was delivered by Dr. Akanksha Jain, who provided valuable insights into the changing dynamics of employability and industry expectations. She emphasized that in today’s competitive job market, employability is not merely about acquiring a degree but about the ability to create value, demonstrate skills, and deliver results.

Dr. Jain highlighted key attributes required by employers, including problem-solving ability, communication skills, practical exposure, ownership mindset, and execution capability.

A major highlight of the session was an engaging activity where students were asked to think like a Marketing Head and plan their actions within the first 24 hours.
