Gangadhar Meher Club celebrated the poet death anniversary

The poet's 102nd death anniversary was celebrated at the poet's shrine in Barpali, Gangadhar Meher Club. Dr. Babrubahan Mohapatra, the chief guest of the meeting held at Gangadhar Kalyan Mandap under the chairmanship of the club's president, Narendra Kumar Hota, and Dr. Minati Mishra, the president of Tarbha College, joined the gathering as the honorable speaker. Meher has become a timeless figure today for the purity of literature and for portraying the character of a living woman. The convener of the ceremony, Chittaranjan Sahu, invited the guests to the stage, while the secretary of the institution, Balkishore Khadanga, introduced the guests, while Vice President Padmalochana Sahu proposed the vote of thanks. This general meeting was moderated by Dr. Ghanashyam Panigrahi, former president of the club.
