The Tapeball Federation of India held a special meeting at Fighter Sports Zone, Kartarpur Road, Kapurthala, under the leadership of its general secretary, Puneet Verma.During the event, Rajiv Walia, president of the Youth Welfare Sports Board and general secretary of the Tapeball Federation of India, along with his team, unveiled the poster for the Senior National Tapeball Cricket Championship 2026. They announced that the tournament will take place on March 29, 30, and 31 at Akal International Cricket Stadium, Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala.Walia noted that this will be the second national tapeball cricket championship hosted in Punjab, with teams from various states affiliated with the federation participating and aiming to deliver strong performances. The event is being organized by general secretary Puneet Verma and Sukhdeep Singh Bajwa. All members of the Youth Welfare Sports Board have been invited to attend.Those present included Gagandeep Kaur, Meena Kumari, Neelam, Jyoti, Rabia, Samarjit Singh, Vikram Sharma, Kamaljit Singh, Inderjit Singh, Navdeep Singh, and Rehan Walia.
