Tribunal orders Rs 38.7 lakh compensation to kin of father-son killed in road accident
THANE: (Mar 11) The Thane Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) has awarded a compensation of Rs 38.74 lakh to the family of a father-son duo killed in a road accident in 2020.
MACT member RV Mohite on Tuesday passed two separate orders of compensation for the death of the man and his son.
