Annual General Body Meeting of Barpali PACS held

In Bargarh District of Barpali Primary Agricultural Service Cooperative Society Annual General Body Meeting was held at the weekly Bazaar under the chairmanship of President Guru Meher. Secretary of the Society Dilip Kumar Bhoi read out the annual report of the Society, while Joint Secretary Basant Kumar Mahapatra and Ajit Kumar Mishra conducted the meeting. Salbeg Badi, Branch Manager of Sambalpur District Central Cooperative Bank Barpali Branch , participated and discussed how the farmers can get the government-approved equipment, loans, fertilizers, etc. on time. The farmers demanded that the consumption of urea fertilizer be increased and the urea fertilizer coming to the Society should be brought in more in the meeting. The annual meeting was attended by Barpali Cooperative Society Director Dhoba Padhan, Mahendra Kumar Gahir, Purandar Meher, Ravi Sahu, Dhwaj Padhan, Prafulla Bhoi, Suren Pati, Kantapali PACS President Dhurba Sahu, Pratap Singh, and the guests present gave speeches on the upliftment of farmers and how farmers can become more profitable and self-reliant. Bhimsen Sa, BInod Padhan, Raj Tilak Gadatia Tapan Bhoi, Sameer Meher contributed significantly to this meeting. Thousands of farmers were present in this general meeting. Finally, President Guru Meher proposed the vote of thanks.
