• Mandatory Attendance: This is a full 7-day residential program.
• No spot registrations or partial attendance will be permitted.

Note: This form is not for school students.

Participating Institution (PI) (For Schools, Colleges, and Universities)
Institutions may nominate a group consisting of 5 Students and 1 teacher.
