20 youth of CTTC secured job at Pune

Keonjhar, 19 December 2025;
District Administration today felicitated 20 youth trainees of the Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Extension Centre, Keonjhar, who secured employment in Pune. They were felicitated today by the Chief Development Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Keonjhar, Shri Kumar Nagabhusan.
The students underwent a 480-hour industry-oriented training programme on Senior Technician – Machine Maintenance and Automation at CTTC, Keonjhar, an institution under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. The training, conducted between October to December 2025, focused on machine maintenance, automation, and related industrial skills.
All 20 trainees achieved 100 percent placement and will join as Diploma Engineer Trainees with M/s Jone Dheer Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, from January 9, 2026. Trainees hailed from various blocks of Keonjhar district as well as other districts of Odisha.
Congratulating the candidates, CDO told, this is an era of skill and you are enabled with that Above all you have bestowed upon an opportunity, utilise that to gain more experience to make the life better. He also appreciated CTTC’s role in enhancing employability through skill-based training and encouraged the youth to utilise such opportunities to build sustainable careers. The programme reaffirmed the district administration’s commitment to skill development and employment generation. Among others DSDEO Ganeswar Nayak, SDEO Sudha Oram Training in charge Pabitra Mohan Behera, CMSDF Abhisek Chakra, Young Professional Vishal Jaiswal were present on the felicitation ceremony organised at the Mini Conference Hall of the Collectorate.
