NALCO OBSERVED THE WORLD DISABILITY DAY, DAMANJODI, KORAPUT, ODISHA, Date:-3/12/25(Wednesday)

On the occasion of World Disability Day, a special program at Ashirbad Mandap, Sector 01, NALCO Township Damanjodi conducted today 3rd Dec 2025 for the distribution of Aids & Assistive Devices to Persons with Disabilities from peripheral villages. Shri Niranjan Samal, ED (M&R) has graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, along with the gracious presence of Shri Sugato Anando Basu, CGM (HR) M&R. The dignitaries addressed the gathering, appreciated the determination of the beneficiaries, and encouraged them to move forward with confidence and positivity.
Over the last one-month ALIMCO (Our MOU partner to drive this initiative), with support from the NF staff of M&R, conducted mobilization camps across peripheral villages, identifying 189 beneficiaries who will receive various aids and assistive devices to support their daily lives. Beneficiaries and villagers attended the event and shared heartfelt experiences, expressing their gratitude to NALCO for this meaningful initiative.
