Nigerian national deported for illegal stay and suspected drug-peddling in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police’s Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) has nabbed and deported a Nigerian national, who had been allegedly residing in India illegally after his visa and passport expired, and was allegedly involved in drug-peddling activities.

The suspect, identified as Johnkennedy Chukwuemeka Okoro alias Hopy Cup alias Jeksa (43), a native of Imo State in Nigeria, arrived in India on a business visa in 2012 and was shuttling between Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
