Man cuts girl's hair at Mumbai's Dadar station & flees, probe on

A man allegedly cut a girl's hair and ran away at Mumbai's Dadar station. In a statement to Government Railway Police, the girl said as she passed the ticket booking counter, she felt something prick her. She turned around and noticed her hair on the ground and an unfamiliar man hastily walking away. Police have launched an investigation.
