K'taka to test prasaad from major temples amid Tirupati laddoo row

Amid ongoing controversy over alleged adulteration of Tirupati laddoos, Karnataka will opt for testing drive of prasaad (devotional food offerings) of major temples across the state. Minister Ramalinga Reddy said all temples will be directed to use Nandini ghee to make prasaad. As per a lab report, fish oil, beef tallow and lard in ghee were used for Tirupati laddoos.
