Assam Meghalaya Border Tension Continues After Failed Talks

Assam Meghalaya: Fresh tension has been reported in the Lapangap border areas following the failure of peace talks between representatives from Meghalaya and Assam. The discussions aimed at resolving the ongoing border dispute did not yield any agreement, leading to increased unrest in the region.
