India’s Constitution Says: Terrorism Has No Religion

Justice & Awareness News

A new public discussion is rising across India about linking terrorism with a specific religion. According to the Constitution of India and national security laws, terrorism is a criminal act committed by individuals—not by any community or religion. Articles 14, 15, 21, and 25 clearly protect every citizen’s dignity and religious freedom. Any attempt to associate terror with a particular faith is unconstitutional and promotes hate.

Info: Legal experts state that the Indian Constitution gives equal protection to all faiths and punishes only the criminals involved in terror acts. National anti-terror laws like UAPA do not allow any religious labeling. India’s judiciary has repeatedly declared that terrorism has no religion and that linking any faith with violence violates constitutional values.

Fact Check:

India’s anti-terror law UAPA mein kahin bhi religion-based terrorism ka concept nahi
Constitution ke Articles 14, 15, 21, 25 religious discrimination ko mana karte hain
Supreme Court judgements: “Crime has no religion.”

Every Indian has the right to practice their faith peacefully. Blaming an entire religion for the act of a criminal is injustice and against constitutional ethics.
