Radiologist Arrested for Sexual Assault During Medical Scan in Bengaluru’s Anekal

Bengaluru, 13 Nov 2025 — A horrifying incident has been reported from Anekal, on the southern outskirts of Bengaluru, where a radiologist working at a local diagnostic centre has been accused of sexually assaulting a 34-year-old woman during a medical scan. According to police sources, the victim had come for a regular test when the accused misbehaved with her inside the scan room. Shocked and traumatised, the woman immediately informed her family, who later lodged a police complaint. The accused has been arrested and an FIR registered under sections related to sexual assault. Authorities have assured that strict legal action will be taken following investigation.
