NGO "Goonj" visits flood affected areas ,promises to provide essential kits in return work

NGO Goonj today visited various schools in the flood affected area of the Dorangla block District Gurdaspur,Punjab . Giving information in this regard block Primary education officer Mr Naresh Panyar said that the Officer of this organisation Jagdish Kumar had come to block Dorangla earlier and had seen the condition of school in block from the ground level. After seeing the condition of those schools, he had prepared his record and send it to his NGO at the head office. On the basis of which he has recommended the goods have reached the block and the distribution of which has been started . In this regard Goonj officer Jagdish Kumar today held a meeting of members of the school management committee in government Primary School Rangarpindi and encouraged them towards the school work and asked them to do the school work and in return promised to give a household good kit
.On this occasion head teacher Saroj Bala, kamlesh Kumari,Krishna Devi,Rimpi,Dimple,Dalbir Kaur,Saravjeet and Bavy etc were present.
