Hindi Divas Samaroh -2024" was celebrated in Malda District

"Hindi Divas Samaroh -2024" was celebrated in Malda District on Thursday. It was organised by West Bengal Hindi Academy in Association with Office of the District Information and Cultural Office, Government of West Bengal. The programme was held in Bipin Behari Ghosh Town Hall, where the students and guardians of few Hindi Language schools, concerned teachers, hidi writers, poets and Few eminent persons who are related with Hindi Language. After lightning the lamp hindi version of a bengali song written by Nobel winner Rabindra Nath Tagore was presented as a opening song. The Dignetories explain the fact of the programme through their speeches. A Cultural programme also resented by the school students.
District Information and Cultural Officer Mr. Avijit Biswas said this programme was organized by the Government of West Bengal for expanded Hindi language to the others. Although 14th September is the National Hindi Language Day observed all over India but that day West Bengal Government declared Holiday for Karam Puja. As a result Hindi Day never observed on that day. By the way there was no initiative to expand the Hindi language to others.Only Two schools was participated which are related Hindi language. Others school students are not invited. So the question is how to spread hindi language to other if it is limited with the hindi speaking peole? In this matter the organizer didn't make any answer.
